ICHC's behavioral health program assists patients to develop self management skills, reduce stress, and create healthy lifestyles for a variety of illnesses and medical conditions. Transportation Assistance
Interior Community Health Center (ICHC) provides transportation (bus tokens and taxi service) to and from the center for its established patients. ICHC is on the bus route.
Interpretive Services
ICHC provides complete translation/interpretive services. Prior notice for this service is appreciated.
Medication Assistance Program
ICHC helps its patients obtain their medications at low or no cost through its pharmacy assistance program. Please call for eligibility requirements. » Read more
Vision Assistance Program
This program covers the cost of an annual eye exam and prescription glasses. It’s available to center patients 18 years of age or younger and still in school. There are other eligibility requirements. Please call for more information.
Case Management
Staff monitors and coordinates care for center patients to ensure that they receive timely notification of test results, proper follow-up care and any needed on-going preventive health services.
Collaboration and Referral
ICHC works with other community health care and social service providers to coordinate a variety of patient services not provided on site, including assistance with specialty care and basic needs (such as housing, food, jobs).
Our entire staff encourages early language development by participating in the Reach Out & Read Program.
