If you are having a medical emergency, please dial 911.

If it is not an emergency, you can call our office at (907)455-4567 during clinic hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday) and will be given the options listed below.

Our business office is open from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If you call after business hours, you will reach our after-hours service.

  1. Press 1 for physicians and pharmacists with questions regarding a patient currently being seen.
  2. Press 2 to schedule, cancel or reschedule a medical or behavioral health appointment.
  3. Press 3 to schedule, cancel or reschedule a dental appointment.
  4. Press 4 to leave a message for your medical provider's assistant.
  5. Press 5 to leave a message for your dental provider's assistant.
  6. Press 6 to leave a message for a behavioral health provider.
  7. Press 7 for questions about your bill or to make a payment.
  8. Press 8 to reach the Administrative Offices including the Executive Director and Human Resources.
  9. Press 0 to reach an operator.
  10. Press # to hear message again.

If you should need medical care after hours call 455-4567 and our answering service will assist you.
