In Case of Emergency

If you are having a medical emergency, please dial 911.

If it is not an emergency, you can call our office at (907)455-4567 during office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.). You will be given the following options:

  1. Press 1 for physicians and pharmacists with questions regarding a patient currently being seen.
  2. Press 2 to schedule, cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  3. Press 3 to leave a message for your medical provider's assistant.
  4. Press 4 if you are an established patient with an urgent medical question or need to speak to a nurse.
  5. Press 5 to reach medical records.
  6. Press 6 to reach someone about your bill.
  7. Press 7 for the Pharmaceutical Assistance Program or Patient Care Coordinator.
  8. Press 8 to reach the Administrative Offices including the Executive Director and Human Resources.
  9. Press 0 to reach an operator.
  10. Press # to hear message again.

If you should need medical care after hours call 455-4567 and our answering service will assist you.
