Ms. Darnell's professional philosophy: "While I typically take an eclectic approach to counseling based on the needs of each individual, I tend to regularly use cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused therapy as well as positive psychology and motivational interviewing strategies in working with clients."
When not working, Ms. Darnell enjoys most outdoor activities including hiking, biking, fishing, archery, gardening, berry picking and skiing.
